After graduation

Section 01

Choose a course with your future in mind

Some courses lead to occupations that are in demand, which can open more options after graduation. It is worth discussing your long-term plans with an adviser before you enrol.

1. Post-study work

Many countries offer a work visa after graduation. Check whether your course qualifies and how long the visa lasts.

2. Relevant work experience

Experience in your field during and after study often counts towards later applications.

Section 02

Keep your options open

  • Keep your visa conditions in good order throughout your studies.
  • Take your English test seriously: a higher score can help later.
  • Keep records of your work, including payslips and references.
