One Career Global provides education consultancy and migration advisory services, including: • university, school and course selection; • application assistance; • visa and immigration support; • career counselling; • pre-departure and post-arrival support; • skilled migration and permanent residency pathway advice. We act as an adviser and facilitator. Decisions on admission, visas and immigration status are made by the universities, schools, embassies and government authorities concerned, not by us.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our services.

Your account

You must give true, accurate and complete information and upload only genuine documents. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what is done in your account. We may suspend or close an account that uses false information or documents.

Your responsibilities

You agree to: • provide truthful, accurate and complete information, and tell us when it changes; • send the documents we ask for on time; • comply with all applicable laws and regulations; • not misuse our services or use them for any fraudulent purpose.

Fees and payments

Some of our services require payment. Our fees are shown clearly before you pay. Your application starts once our team has confirmed your payment. Fees charged by universities, schools, colleges, skills-assessment bodies, testing centres and visa authorities are paid to them, are set by them and are your responsibility. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

No guarantee of outcome

We give our best advice and support, but we cannot guarantee admission, a visa, a skills assessment or migration success. We are not responsible for delays, refusals or losses caused by universities, government bodies or other third parties, or by information that is wrong or incomplete.

Guides and tools on the website

The pathway checker, points calculator, course finders and guides on this website are there to help you plan. They are not a decision about your case. Rules, fees and requirements change often, and your counsellor confirms the current figures before you apply.

Using the website

You must not try to break into or disrupt the website, other people's accounts or our systems, upload harmful files, or collect content from the website by automated means.

Our content

All content on this website, including text, photographs, videos, graphics and logos, belongs to One Career Global or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
