Refund Policy

Our fees

Our service fees pay for consultancy, advice and help with your applications. A refund is given only in the cases this policy describes.

Fees that are never refunded by us

The following are paid to other organisations and are not refundable by One Career Global: • university, college and school application fees; • visa application charges, medical examinations and biometric fees; • government and immigration charges; • English test and skills-assessment fees. Any refund of these depends on the rules of the organisation that charged them. Fees for consultation sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.

When you can ask for a refund

A refund may be given when: • you paid for a service that we did not start or deliver; • you paid twice for the same service by mistake; • you cancel before we have started work on your application. In this case a partial refund may be given, after deducting administrative costs and any costs already paid on your behalf.

When a refund is not given

A refund is not given when: • an admission or visa is refused because of false, incomplete or misleading information; • you change your mind or your circumstances change, for example for financial or family reasons; • a university, embassy, immigration authority or other third party delays or refuses your application; • the documents we need were not provided on time; • your application has already been lodged.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us at info@onecareer.global with your name, your reference number (shown in your account, for example OCG-00012), proof of payment and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are paid within 15 to 30 working days, by the method you paid with unless we agree otherwise.
